Singularity

In the short film by Sean Stone, based on a story by Oliver Stone, a deadly plague leads to the creation of a totalitarian state, monitored by AI surveillance systems to prevent the virus’ spread. In this sci-fi ode to Blade Runner and The Conformist, ‘Guardians’ are assigned to take away the 'infected’… who are never seen again.

But when a Guardian is tasked with targeting his own friend, he is faced with not only a moral dilemma, but a question… does he really believe in the system he is assigned to uphold?
